Nicola Paulon
President
A passionate ski instructor and trainer, Nicola founded Kronplatz Racing Center in 2010.
His years of experience working alongside FIS gave him a unique understanding of what elite athletes truly need — and what the system often leaves behind.
KRC was built on that vision: a high-level team dedicated to athletes from smaller nations and those outside national selections.
Beyond skiing, Nicola moves across multiple worlds — sport, art, and business — with the restless energy of someone who never stops creating.
President, manager, coach, and much more. A visionary engaged across many fields, Nicola has a rare ability to see what others haven’t imagined yet.

Mattia Gianessi
Mattia brings​ the structure that every high-level team needs. With a sharp, analytical mind and a strong sense for balancing quality and resources. He ensures that every decision - on and off the slope - is the right one. His managerial approach means athletes can focus entirely on performance, knowing that everything around them is running exactly as it should.

Ivan Nardi
Ivan lives and breathes ski racing. Give him a screen, race footage, and data, and he'll stay there for hours, finding the details that others miss. His passion for technical analysis is limitless, and that obsession translates directly into better performance for every athlete he works with- If there's a margin to find, Ivan will find it.
Team Manager
Nicole Valcareggi
Nicole is the rare combination of creative vision and operational precision. On the slopes she coaches with instinct and energy. Off them, she handles the contracts, logistics, and everything in between, so that nothing stands between and athlete and their goals. Where other see complexity, Nicole sees a plan.

Sara doesn’t just design training programs — she lives them alongside the athletes. From the slopes to the gym, she is there in person, pushing, guiding, and adapting. And when she’s not physically present, she’s still connected — because for Sara, the season never really stops. Her athletes are never alone in their preparation.

Silvia works where it matters most, at the beginning. With the athletes who are still finding their way, still building the foundations of their career, she brings something rare: total dedication. Not just to their skiing, but to every aspect of their life as an athlete. Patient, passionate, and deeply committed.
Claudio Ravetto
Technical Advisor
In the world of alpine skiing, he needs no introduction. Over 14 seasons as coach and Technical Director of the Italian National Alpine Ski Team, he guided athletes to three Olympic medals, two World Championship medals, and 111 World Cup podiums including 35 victories. Names like Giorgio Rocca, Giuliano Razzoli — Olympic gold in Vancouver 2010 — and Christof Innerhofer are part of his legacy. For those outside the ski world: this is one of the most respected minds the sport has ever produced.
At KRC, Claudio is more than a consultant. Over the years he has become a friend — someone who believes in what we are building. He joins us throughout the season, showing up when least expected, shaking things up, and pushing the standard higher. Every time he walks onto the slope, the bar moves up.
